| This website has been established in order to provide information about Paraiso Club de Yates on Isla Mujeres, Mexico. The marina was purchased by a group of investors from Florida in 2006, and enhancements have just begun. The wonderful staff and friendly services of the marina, however, have remained unchanged. In addition, our slip rates at the marina continue to be the best on the island. |

Paraiso Club deYates is located on the island of Isla Mujeres just off of the tip of the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful tropical island which lies about 5 miles offshore from the popular resort town of Cancun and can be easily reached by a frequent ferry service from Cancun departing approximately every half hour. The ferry trip from Cancun takes appoximately 15 to 20 minutes and arrives in downtown Isla Mujeres. Paraiso Club de Yates lies a short taxi ride (about one mile) south of downtown Isla Mujeres along the island's main paved road, just across the street from Isla Mujeres' private airport. The site of Paraiso Club de Yates consists of about three acres with approximately 300 feet of water frontage. On the property there are 4 one-bedroom townhomes, a two-bedroom house, 2 one-bedroom apartments, an office/club house with pool table, a swimming pool and 37 boat slips. Paraiso Club de Yates is one of three main marinas on Isla Mujeres and lies within the Bay of Mujeres, a beautiful protected harbour. Since Isla Mujeres is the required check-in point for all vessels arriving in Mexico from the northeast, the marina maintains a very good occupancy by vessels arriving from the Southeast US and traveling to Mexico and beyond. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with anything you may need during your visit to Isla Mujeres. In addition, our manager, Miguel, is also a ships agent and can handle all of the necessary documentation for your vessel. |
